CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT ?

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps—including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

What does the Right of Withdrawal mean for EU/UK customers?

If you already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the beginning of the withdrawal period. For example, you received your ordered item on Tuesday, 1 March 2022. The withdrawal period begins on Wednesday, 2 March 2022. The withdrawal period ends with the expiration on Wednesday, 16 March 2022.

Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of your order, within 24 to 48 hours from the date of receipt of your return by our team.

If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone within 7 calendar days of our receiving your return. We will be able to return the product to the address of your choice, at your expense.

 

REMINDER OF RETURN CONDITIONS

 

You must submit your return request via email info@ddahkickz.com, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

If you have received a defective product or one that is different from the one you ordered we invite you to contact our customer service directly at the following email address : info@ddahkickz.com. Our team will tell you how to return the product you received.

The products you send back must be new, i.e. not worn and in their original, perfectly intact packaging. They must be free of any traces of wear and tear or use. The seal must not be removed: It allows us to ensure that the product is the one we sent you. Upon receipt of the package, our team will judge the condition of the returned product(s). No returns will be accepted if the returned product has been worn, soiled, damaged or if the seal has been removed.

- It is essential that you protect the product and its packaging. Use the original shipping carton or another shipping carton to prevent damage to the product during shipment. If you wish to return more than one product you will only receive one pre-paid packing slip, so you will need to find a box that allows you to return both products at the same time. We reserve the right to refuse the return or to ask for compensation if the product and/or its packaging arrives damaged.

- The return form that you will receive by e-mail must be inserted in the return package. The presence of this document is essential for the processing of your return. Any package received without a return form do not will not be processed by our team.
