1. What is the delivery process

After placing your order on DDAH Kickz, your sneakers are screened by our experts at our premises. Once your pairs have been authenticated, we ship them through our exclusive shipping company partners. Then you will receive your tracking number by email so that you can follow the progress of your shipment in real time.

2. How long will it take to get my order? 

The delivery time depends on where you are. Deliveries within Bulgaria will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

3. Can I change my shipping address after my purchase has been confirmed?

Up to a point, you are able to change your shipping address once your purchase is confirmed. 

The easiest way to ensure your item goes to the correct address is to check that your shipping address is correct before purchasing an item. Any purchases you make on DDAH Kickz online store will use the address we have on file. 

If you have changed addresses and forgotten to change it on you DDAH account you can request a change of address. To request a change of address, please Contact Us and provide the following information:

  • Your new address
  • Proof of identification and address


DDAH Kickz is unable to change the destination country of a shipment once an order is confirmed. We recommend that you check that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

4. Do we ship abroad & what are the delivery costs? 

DDAH Kickz offers free shipping within Bulgaria, if the customer uses the option to pay with card. On the other hand, the option cash on delivery costs BGN 9 in addition to the products' price. 

We ship all around the world. The shipping fees are calculated on the final step of you checkout. 

The price and the shipping fees DO NOT include custom fees and other related expenses. 

All custom fees are covered from the buyer respecting the each county policies and regulations.

5. Why didn't I get a tracking number? 

If you have not yet received your tracking number from our carriers, it means that your order has not yet been shipped and is on its way to our premises or is being authenticated. As soon as it is handed over to our carriers, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Our order processing times are 2 to 5 working days (in Bulgaria, excluding weekends and public holidays). It is possible that they are exceeded according to the economic situation, the availability of the product or the carrier. If this is the case, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail to the following address help@ddahkickz.com. For a better handling of your request, please have your 6-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail.
