How does the delivery proceed?
We work exclusively with our shipping company partners. After placing your order on DDAH Kickz, your sneakers are screened by our experts at our premises. Once your pairs have been authenticated, we ship them. Then you will receive your tracking number by email so that you can follow the progress of your shipment in real time.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after my purchase has been confirmed?
You are not able to change your shipping address once your purchase is confirmed.
The easiest way to ensure your item goes to the correct address is to check that your shipping address is correct before purchasing an item. Any purchases you make on DDAH Kickz online store will use the address we have on file.
If you have changed addresses and forgotten to change it on you DDAH account you can request a change of address. To request a change of address, please Contact Us and provide the following information:

Proof of identification and address.
DDAH Kickz is unable to change the destination country of a shipment once an order is confirmed. We recommend that you check that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
Products
Can I return my product?
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps—including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.
Please note, if you are an EU/UK resident and would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can find more information in the following page.
If you already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the beginning of the withdrawal period. For example, you received your ordered item on Tuesday, 1 March 2022. The withdrawal period begins on Wednesday, 2 March 2022. The withdrawal period ends with the expiration on Wednesday, 16 March 2022.
Are the products sold on DDAH Kickz new and authentic?
All the products we send are authentic and we ensure the quality and authenticity of the product. Before arriving in your hands, they are checked by our experts to ensure their authenticity. All products come directly from our network of retail and professional partners in Europe. They have never been worn and are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.
How do you authenticate products?
When the products arrive at our premises, they pass through the hands of our experts who ensure their authenticity. Each product is carefully examined: the labels, the seams, the accessories, the packaging, the smell. Every element is scrutinised to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.
Sizing Giude
Are the products for men or women?
The products sold on DDAH Kickz are mostly unisex.
In general, we invite you to always refer to your European size which does not change from one model to another.

How do I know my shoe size?
To find out your usual size, refer to your Nike size. Please note that luxury brand shoes generally run large.
How do the Yeezy fit?
Unlike the other models, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy Boost 700 and 700 V2 run slightly small. So remember to take half a size larger than your usual shoe size.
The Yeezy Boos700 V3, the Yeezy 380 and the Yeezy Slide fit much smaller. We advise you to take at least one size larger than your usual size.
The Yeezy 500s fit normally, you can take your usual size.
Example: for a Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy Boost 700 or 700 V2, take a 44 2/3 if you are a 44 in general. If you are a size 43 we advise you to take a 44.
How do Air Jordan fit?
The Air Jordan fits normally. We recommend that you take your usual size.
